SCRS Sets Agenda for January Open Board Meeting

Meeting will feature "Kool Tools" presentation from SCRS Education Committee Members Toby Chess and Kye Yeung, as well as a showing of the first SCRS Education Committee video filmed in 2016 highlighting topics such as corrosion protection, adhesives, welding and scanning.

The Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) announced it has set the agenda for its Jan. 11th open board meeting to be held 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Hilton in Palm Springs, Calif.

The meeting will include updates and presentations from SCRS staff and committees outlining current and future work initiatives each group has undertaken on behalf of the membership. Also, there will be a presentation titled “Kool Tools” from SCRS Education Committee Members Toby Chess and Kye Yeung featuring affordable solutions for collision repair businesses.

Also, the first of the SCRS Education Committee videos filmed in 2016 at the SEMA Garage in Diamond Bar, Calif., will be shown at the meeting. The video series will be released throughout the year at open meetings highlighting dialogue on topics such as corrosion protection, adhesives, welding and scanning.

As always, anyone wishing to learn more about the current state of the association’s activities and pressing industry topics is invited to attend. Attendees are not required to be a member of SCRS to participate, there is no cost and pre-registration is not required.
