Caliber Collision Awards Scholarships and Tool Grants to Two Students

Caliber Collision Centers announced that it has awarded two collision students each with a $1,250 scholarship and $4,000 tool grant through the Collision Repair Education Foundation.

These scholarships are awarded to full-time students in a post-secondary school with a focus or degree in collision repair for use with educational expenses such as tuition, books, tools and equipment.

The student winners of the 2014 Caliber Collision Centers Scholarships include:
  • Eric Benavides – Cerritos College, Norwalk, Calif.
  • Jamie Nichols – Crockett/ACC Automotive Center, Austin, Texas

Caliber Collision Centers is also supporting five schools with $1,100 grants each to purchase the necessary equipment, tools and supplies for their respective programs. The five schools Caliber Collision is supporting include:

  • Cerritos College – Norwalk, Calif.
  • Cypress College – Cypress, Calif.
  • Texas State Technical College – Waco, Texas
  • Universal Technical Institute – Houston, Texas
  • Universal Technical Institute – Sacramento, Calif.
