Is anyone from BSB going to answer these questions?

IN WHICH STATES IS AN 'ASSIGNMENT OF PROCEEDS" FORM ACCEPTED?

WOULD YOU DO A SHOW ABOUT PAINT MATERIALS...THAT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PAINT AND BODY MATERIALS AND WHAT IT REALLY COSTS A SHOP TO USE FLEX ADDITIVE...WHAT IT REALLY COSTS FOR A CAR COVER (OR TWO)...AND HOW MUCH WE PAY IN CA (FOR EXAMPLE) FOR HAZ-EPA RECYCLING. (I have done extensive research on all these topics by the way, if you are interested in any recent data.)

"***ignment of proceeds is used in both 1st and 3rd party claims. It also removes the opportunity of the consumer to sue for personal injury damages if the body shop has sued for property damages. Recommendation: RESEARCH AND REHEARSE."....... How can the property damage suit nullify a personal injury suit? This would mean the injured wasn't made Whole! I dont understand this post!.....Could someone please explain?

Excellent! This is exactly the kind of education and information this industry needs and Erica Eversman is exactly the type of professional of which this industry needs to hear and learn from. I can only caution BSB to use care in choosing what information they disseminate and by whom, and to be sure the information is beneficial to the long-term best interest of the industry. Thank you BSB for your efforts in being a part of the industry's solution and not part of the problems which plague it! Will these presentations be archived whereas others may view them at a later date? I would like to see a presentation done regarding “Diminished Value” and how it benefits the collision industry through instilling accountability, which is sorely lacking. Note: Is the rating of 1 to 5 excellent to poor or Vice-Versa? Please ensure my vote represents Excellent Thanks again! Barrett Smith Auto Damage Experts,Inc. Florida

I RUN A SHOP AND THE THOUGHT WAS NICE TO GET WHAT THE PAINT COST, BUT WHEN YOU CHARGE $30.00 PER HOUR PER MATERIALS IT MAY COST MORE TO YOU. I THINK CAPPING PAINT MATERIAL IS WRONG, NOBODY THINKS TWICE ABOUT PAYING A SERVICE DEPT. THEIR RATE OF $92.00 OR MORE. A BODYSHOP NEEDS THE SAME OR MORE FOR THEIR WORK, NOT TO MANY ARE GETTING IN THIS TYPE BUSINESS ANYMORE. PUTTING A VEHICLE BACK TOGETHER IS NOT SO EASY, IT REALLY TAKES SKILL AND PAINTING IS EVEN HARDER.

Can Body Shop Business have a link on thier site where shops can have access to forms, like the (Assignment of Proceeds). I would also kike to have emails of new shows. I would also like to see a link to the Auto Body Associations for the different states.

Great use of technology, it would be great if these could be podcast, so that as soon as a new episode was available we would have it. Would love to have more info on assignment of proceeds forms or statements to add to repair authorization.
