The HTP Spot Mill has a hardened cobalt steel bullet point drill bit with an easily set depth of cut. The high-torque, low-RPM drill motor cuts out welds quickly without overheating the drill bit. The Spot Mill comes in a molded case, has four replacement cutting bits, regulator and oiler.
