AASP-MN Names Scholarship Recipients

The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers, Minnesota (AASP-MN) has announced the students selected to receive a $500.00 scholarship award to support their continued studies in the automotive industry:

  • Jack Albrecht, Hennepin Technical College, Brooklyn Park – Auto Body Collision Repair program
  • Carlos Castellanos, Hennepin Technical College, Eden Prairie – Auto Body Collision Repair program
  • Natasha Cramer, Dunwoody College of Technology, Minneapolis – Automotive Service Technology program
  • Adam Crook, Lake Superior College, Duluth – Automotive Service Technology program   
  • Evan Ficek, Century College, White Bear Lake – Automotive Service Technology program
  • Jon Gray, Hibbing Community College, Hibbing – Automotive Service Technology program
  • Richard Huffman, Hennepin Technical College, Brooklyn Park – Auto Body Collision Repair program
  • Alex Krzmarzick, Hennepin Technical College,  Brooklyn Park – Auto Body Collision Repair program
  • Brandy Maki, Hibbing Community College, Hibbing – Automotive Service Technology program    
  • Jessie Pulvermacher, Hennepin Technical College, Brooklyn Park – Auto Body Collision Repair program
  • Daniel Roth, Century College, White Bear Lake – Automotive Service Technology program
  • Jack Sargent, South Central College, No. Mankato – Automotive Service Technology program
  • Nicholas Schultz, Southeast Technical College, Winona – Automotive Service Technology program
  • Chase Sievers, Hennepin Technical College, Eden Prairie – Auto Body Collision Repair program

Thirty-one students from 13 schools applied for 14 available scholarships. Scholarships were available to students entering the second year of a NATEF-certified automotive program. A committee of industry representatives reviewed applications, with consideration given to scholastic achievement, education and career goals, financial need and written recommendations.
