GEICO Opens New Auto Repair Xpress in Pennsylvania

GEICO has brought its Auto Repair Xpress (ARX) program to West Chester, Pa. Much like Progressive's concierge program, GEICO bills at as a "pain-free approach to collision repair" for the consumer.
Customers drop off their vehicles at
an ARX shop, meet a GEICO auto damage adjuster there to evaluate the repairs needed
and drive away in a rental car as long as the appropriate coverage has been purchased. The
GEICO adjuster oversees the entire repair process, provides repair
updates and performs a quality assurance inspection when
the repair is complete. After that quality assurance inspection, customers return the rental cars to the ARX shop and
drive away in their repaired vehicles.
