The
Automotive Service Council of Kentucky (ASC) is conducting a survey of all collision repair shops in the state to determine how they would grade insurers (a form is available to download below).
ASC is asking repairers to consider whether Kentucky insurer’s policies, attitude and payment practices help ensure quality repairs and customer service for Kentucky motorists.
Non-ASC members are also invited to fill out the survey.
Surveys are due in the ASC office by Nov. 15.
