Allstate PRO Network Getting New Identity
11/5/2009 9:35:50 AM

Allstate announced this week that it will change the name of its Priority Repair Option (PRO) direct repair program to the “Allstate Good Hands Repair Network.”

The insurer believes the change will allow Allstate to leverage its “Good Hands” brand, creating "instant recognition and assurance" for customers, Allstate spokesperson Krissy Posey says.

“At Allstate, we know that our customers are in ‘Good Hands,’” she said. “Within claims, we also try to keep customers in ‘Good Hands’ with recommendations to repair facilities that are committed to quality work and customer service.”

Allstate’s DRP has used the “PRO” name since 1989.
