A Cambodian man says his homemade gold convertible can literally read his mind.
“I just snap my fingers and the car’s door will open, or I just think of opening the car’s door, and the door opens immediately,” Nhean Phaloek tells the Agence France Presse (AFP).
Phaloek calls his fiberglass-bodied, two-seated car the 333-2010 and says it cost him $5,000 and took 19 months of labor to create. Along with the “telepathic” door, the car also talks back, moaning, “Why do you close me too strongly?” when the door slams, AFP reported.
“I am very excited and proud of this car because many people admire me and keep asking me about how I can make it,” Phaloek added. “Dozens of local and foreign guests have come and seen my car.”
The car is the third Phaloek has built.
