VISION to Hold Inaugural Collision Industry Day

VISION HiTech Training & Expo will hold its Inaugural Collision Industry Day on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Overland Park Convention Center in Kansas City, Mo. The day is part of a larger expo running March 4-7 and billed as "four days of hard-hitting, pulse-pounding automotive service training."

VISION says the Collision Industry Day is an opportunity for collision professionals to come together for education, legislative updates and networking opportunities. The day's schedule is as follows:

7-8 am – Registration Open

8-11 am – "Estimating Best Practices" by Mike Anderson

11:15-noon – Meet Your Missouri Commissioner's Office

Noon-1:15 pm – Working lunch and "Social Media: Why and How" by Kristen Felder

1:30-2:15 pm – Meet Your Kansas Commissioner's Office by Jim Welch

2:30-5:30 pm – "Outsell, Upsell and Close" by Mike Anderson
