7/21/2010

Jan. 10, 2011 is right around the corner: Will your shop be in compliance with the EPA's 6H Rule, which sets forth emissions regulations for hazardous air pollutants (HAPs)? Attorney Andrew Rodenhouse will answer shop owners' questions about the 6H Rule, which all shops are required to be in compliance with by Jan. 10, 2011, at the upcoming BodyShop Business Conference to be held Sept. 17-18 at the Indianapolis Hilton Hotel and Suites in downtown Indianapolis.

Rodenhouse, formerly the executive vice president of Rodenhouse Body Shop and owner of J&K Towing, has the ideal blend of collision repair experience and legal know-how to help shop owners understand and comply with EPA regulations. In the January issue of BodyShop Business, Rodenhouse explained how the 6H Rule applies to Featheredge, Prime and Block procedures.
