'Hiring and Attracting Qualified Techs' Added to BodyShop Business Conference Agenda; Avery to present 'How to Get on a DRP'

Attendees of the 2010 BodyShop Business Conference – Succeeding Through Change to be held Sept. 17-18 in downtown Indianapolis can now expect an additional treat: a breakout session entitled “Hiring and Attracting Qualified Techs” by human resources expert Daren Fristoe.

Fristoe is president of The Fristoe Group, Inc. (TFG), a solutions provider of human resource products and services for small to mid-sized businesses. During his professional career, Daren has worked in human resources, training and education, benefits and salary administration, general office management, franchise services, communication, corporate marketing and event management, as well as community service outreach programs.   
 
Prior to forming TFG, Daren worked in collision repair franchising, e-commerce procurement, telecommunications, staffing, international manufacturing, and property and casualty insurance, most recently serving as chief administrative officer for CARSTAR, Inc.  

George Avery, claims consultant for State Farm who will be giving the keynote address, “The Changing Collision Repair Landscape: Insurer-Repairer Relations”, at 9 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 17, will also be presenting “How to Get on a DRP” at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sept. 17.
