Mitchell International, Inc., today announced that
California State Auto Group, a provider of AAA-branded insurance in 23 states
and the District of Columbia, has selected Mitchell as its long-term provider
of appraisal and total loss valuation solutions.
As a key term of this agreement, the California State
Auto Group will implement Mitchell WorkCenter Total Loss. WorkCenter Total Loss
was developed in conjunction with customer satisfaction and vehicle pricing
expert J.D. Power and Associates.
