Quality Claims Solutions Inc./AutoBody Alliance, an auto
body repair network, has teamed up with AutoReturn, a nationwide towing
management and logistics solutions provider.
In addition to dispatching repair assignments
electronically to AutoBody Alliance Direct Repair shops, independent adjusters
and staff, insurance carriers can now dispatch tow assignments to AutoReturn
providers throughout the country.
"This allows our carrier partners to integrate a
valuable but often overlooked or undermanaged part of the repair process,"
said Steve Bruce, president of Quality Claims Solutions. "By integrating a
tow partner, we're striving to increase efficiencies, reduce expenses such as
storage fees and, at the same time, provide the management tools to measure the
process."
