Master Collision Repair (MCR), which operates eight locations in the
Tampa, Fla., market with annual revenues of more than $20 million, announced the completion of its
newly remodeled Valrico, Fla., location and future expansion plans.
The MCR Valrico location features 5,000
square feet of office space that includes 13 inside, air-conditioned estimating and
delivery bays. Enterprise Leasing will have a branch on-site, and a 16,000-square-foot production facility will streamline the repair process.
"We've spent the last few years updating existing
facilities and improving processes," said MCR President and CEO Dave Mitchell. "Now that we're approaching the end of that
project, we'll be aggressively looking to expand our footprint in the central
Florida market. We're a bit different than other
buyers in that we'll either purchase or lease the real estate, which allows the
seller more flexibility."
