Fix Auto USA Is First Franchise to Commit to VeriFacts VQ Repair Process Certification
11/7/2011 10:29:02 AM

VeriFacts Automotive announced that Fix Auto USA has committed to VeriFacts VQ certification across its franchise facilities. The performance-based collision repair organization is the first franchise MSO to fully adopt the third-party verification program, according to VeriFacts.

The VeriFacts VQ Program assists shops with identifying and inspecting all shop equipment related to a structural repair. Information and materials used for that repair are reviewed, and the shop’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) are evaluated, as well. The program gives shops a way to verify they are in compliance with acceptable structural repair processes through a qualified, objective third party.

“By executing a franchise-wide verification program, Fix Auto is setting the bar high for quality verification among owner-operated MSOs,” said VeriFacts CEO and Co-Founder Farzam Afshar. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with Fix Auto USA and are confident the VQ program will prove a great resource for them.”

“Our members’ decision to implement the program is a great testament to the organization’s commitment to continuous improvement and transparency,” said Fix Auto President and COO Paul Gange. “Adding third-party verification to the reporting tools and programs Fix Auto already has in place positions our company to provide the best possible quality to our insurance and consumer customers.”

California-based Fix Auto has 188 network locations, including 43 franchised locations.
