Carubba Collision Corporation, one of the largest
collision repair facilities in Western New York, has announced that it has
committed to the VeriFacts verification process for each of its locations.
Once achieved, this will designate Carubba Collision
Corporation as Western New York's first Verified Quality (VQ) collision repair
organization by VeriFacts Automotive, an independent company that conducts
documented measurement of technician skills, equipment and resources that drive
quality in collision repair facilities. The VQ program provides an independent
third-party assessment and scoring of a repair facility's ability to
consistently perform high quality collision repairs.
"We decided on the VQ process review because we
already were committed to high quality repairs," said Joe Carubba,
president of Carubba Collision. "This represents a continuation of our
quest to demonstrate to our customers that we're committed to the highest
quality repairs possible."
VeriFacts rates equipment, materials, information,
procedures and practices using a series of random, on-site inspections. Their
inspections can help a shop achieve excellence through their use of the
industry's best practices for repair methodology. Through VeriFacts' reporting
system, each shop is benchmarked against other shops in the program to provide
a baseline of quality across the state and nationally.
