AASP/NJ’s Tom Elder Elected as Vice President of AASP National Board 

The Alliance of Automotive Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ) has announced that Tom Elder, past president and current treasurer, was elected vice president of the AASP national board during their semi-annual meeting in Las Vegas during the SEMA Show.

The Alliance of Automotive Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ) has announced that Tom Elder, past president and current treasurer, was elected vice president of the AASP national board during their semi-annual meeting in Las Vegas during the SEMA Show.

“I look forward to being a part of the board and seeing if we can make a difference for our member shops throughout the country,” said Elder.
Elder is a longtime member of AASP/NJ and has been involved with local body associations since the 1980s. He is the owner/operator of Compact Kars, Inc. in Clarksburg, N.J.
“The new Executive Committee is made up of a group of stellar individuals with extensive experience and a commitment to advancing the industry,” said Judell Anderson, CAE, administrator of AASP National. “I am eager to work with them to strengthen AASP affiliates’ capacity to better serve the auto service and collision repair shops that we represent.”
