ABRA Auto Body & Glass Acquires Lehman’s Garage in Minnesota

MSO acquires all six Lehman’s Garage locations and now operates 40 repair centers in the state and 318 throughout the U.S.

abralogoABRA Auto Body & Glass announced that it has expanded in Minnesota with the acquisition of all six Lehman’s Garage locations. All locations are within the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

ABRA opened its first repair center in Fridley, Minn., in 1984 and now operates 40 repair centers in the state. Its national repair center count has grown to 318 in 23 states.

“Today’s acquisition is particularly special for us as Lehman’s has been serving the community for almost a century,” said ABRA Auto Body & Glass President and CEO Duane Rouse. “The history, the reputation, and the dedication of the company to providing exceptional customer service and quality repairs is undeniable, and we are eager to carry that tradition of excellence forward.”

Added Karen Cossette, former CEO of Lehman’s Garage, “We’ve been approached by many companies over the years.
