AkzoNobel Launches Sikkens Autocoat BT LV650 System 2 Pack

Product is designed to offer advancements in reducer technology, while delivering improvements in productivity and consistency for the commercial, builder OE and non-regulated fleet refinish markets.

AkzoNobel has announced the expansion of the LV650 line with the introduction of Sikkens Autocoat BT LV650 System 2 Pack. It’s specifically designed to offer advancements in reducer technology, while delivering improvements in productivity and consistency for the commercial, builder OE and non-regulated fleet refinish markets.

The system portfolio includes an all-season reducer and pre-reduced clear, basecoat, topcoat, sealer (buff and gray) and surfacer (gray).

The all-season reducer aids in eliminating seasonal and inventory complexity by replacing up to three existing Sikkens reducers. The removal of product variability better enables the user to deliver more consistent results.

The pre-reduced clear, basecoat, topcoat, sealer (buff and gray) and surfacer (gray) helps shops improve productivity by removing steps in the mixing process. Each goes on smooth and is easy to apply. Additional productivity can be gained with using the clear, which allows for one-pass coverage.

“For shops looking for consistent results and to push productivity, Sikkens Autocoat BT LV650 System 2 Pack is the perfect solution by offering shops help in reducing labor cost and inventory stockpiling,” said Kari Greason, commercial brand segment manager North America.
