AkzoNobel Automotive & Aerospace Coatings Americas (A&AC) will host the 39th biannual gathering of the Acoat selected North American Performance Groups. This meeting, held Feb. 6-8 at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota in Florida, is the first of two national Acoat selected gatherings held annually by AkzoNobel.
“Acoat selected’s record of success in helping businesses advance within the collision repair industry spans more than 25 years,” said Barry Rinehart, North American services manager for AkzoNobel. "The rapidly changing dynamics of the collision industry are redefining the roles for distributors and collision repair centers. Both groups are required to become more astute in their business practices to ensure mutual success. This conference, with programs designed for both their unique and combined needs, offers a format to raise awareness, share knowledge and craft solutions to industry issues that are critical for long-term survival and sustainability.”
In addition, attendees will participate in an extensive offering of classes designed to promote sustainable business practices. The curriculum will address industry trends, technology and leadership training.
