ALLDATA and CARSTAR Franchise Systems Inc. Enter Into Strategic Agreement

More than 400 CARSTAR auto body repair facilities will use ALLDATA Collision S3500 as their preferred provider of OE collision repair information.

ALLDATA LLC has entered into an agreement with CARSTAR Franchise Systems Inc. Under this agreement, more than 400 auto body repair facilities operating under CARSTAR in North America will use ALLDATA Collision S3500 as their preferred provider of OE collision repair information.

"We’re excited about the expansion with CARSTAR," said Wayne Mitchell, ALLDATA director of sales and operations. "This agreement furthers our relationship while providing CARSTAR franchisees the most up-to-date and complete OEM repair information to streamline repair processes."

ALLDATA Collision S3500 is designed to meet the challenges of today’s technologically advanced vehicles. It allows users to search ALLDATA’s database of more than 32,000 engine-specific vehicles. It includes OE procedures such as sectioning and structural repairs, handling of new materials, and panel removal and replacement. ALLDATA Collision S3500 also features diagnostic testing data and procedures for resetting and reprogramming electronic systems. Finally, it incorporates vehicle-specific mechanical repair procedures and up-to-date technical service bulletins (TSBs).
