Auto Data Labels Contracts with CSI Vendor to Enhance Services

Auto Data Labels announced it has entered into an agreement with Customer Research, Inc., to perform Customer Satisfaction Index on their services to auto body repair shops. Customer Research Inc. provides customer satisfaction analysis to many vendors in the auto body industry.

Cathy Novak, vice president of marketing for Auto Data Labels, said, "Our goal is to provide 100 percent satisfaction to our customers. Implementing CSI research will enable us to closely manage body shops’ needs and tailor our services to not just meet, but to exceed their expectations. These tools, along with our unwavering commitment to be the best, will ensure we deliver world-class customer service, support and product integrity in the replacement auto label industry.”

Dusty Dunkle, President of CRI, said, "All businesses benefit tremendously from customer feedback after a transaction. This information provides additional insights and allows for benchmarking, in order to improve processes and services. There are many business to consumer CSI programs today, but Auto Data understands that CSI measurement is just as important for companies that deal in  business to business transactions, and they are staying on the cutting edge."

Auto Data Labels is a manufacturer and distributor of replacement VIN labels and manufactures all types of vehicle labels, including: replacement federal safety certification labels, tire pressure labels, under hood labels and warning labels and VIN decals.
