CCC Information Services Announces New Version of CCC ONE UpdatePlus

CCC ONE UpdatePlus can now schedule customer appointments, send automated email or text appointment confirmations to customers, and send automatic reminders on the day of the appointment.

CCC Information Services Inc. announced the availability of the new version of CCC ONE UpdatePlus, a comprehensive customer service solution that helps repairers proactively communicate and engage with customers throughout the repair process and includes post-repair satisfaction surveys.

CCC ONE UpdatePlus now comes equipped with the ability to schedule customer appointments within the CCC ONE software platform, send automated email or text appointment confirmations to customers, and send automatic reminders on the day of the appointment. With integrated appointment setting and auto reminders, repairers can present a modern, efficient scheduling process to customers while helping drive estimator efficiency.
