CCC ONE Touch Reaches Consumer Milestone

More than 5,500 collision professionals in more than 4,000 repair facilities use mobile vehicle repair estimating app.

CCC Information Services Inc. has announced that more than 5,500 collision professionals in more than 4,000 repair facilities have turned to the CCC ONE Touch solution, collectively writing more than $500 million in estimates and work orders in the last six months. The industry’s first vehicle repair estimating app built specifically for a mobile device, CCC ONE Touch allows repairers to move easily around the shop and customer parking lot, capturing more work and increasing repair efficiency. CCC ONE Touch is available at no additional charge to all CCC ONE Estimating repair shop customers who also license CCC ONE documents (digital imaging).

“Before building CCC ONE Touch, we spoke with our repair customers and heard consistently that mobility was becoming increasingly important to their business,” said Joseph Allen, general manager, CCC Automotive Services Group. “We’re grateful and excited to see such widespread adoption of the CCC ONE Touch app in such a short period of time. We’ve been told that CCC ONE Touch changes the way repairers engage with their customers, and is an effective tool for estimators to help them build trust with consumers and capture more business.”

Since launching the app in spring 2014, CCC ONE Touch – the latest in a series of mobile solutions that have been embraced by the collision industry – has had 36 releases with hundreds of new features introduced, including the ability for repairers to buy parts during the estimating process. CCC ONE Touch is specifically developed to run on a wide variety of tablet devices that run on the Windows operating system (version 8.1). To download CCC ONE Touch, visit the Windows Store.
