CIECA Launches CIECA-TV YouTube Channel

Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association will highlight news, events and case studies relating to information technology standards on monthly basis.

The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) has announced the introduction of CIECA-TV, where collision repairers will be able to watch videos covering a range of topics on CIECA activities. The videos will be posted monthly and will cover CIECA-related news, events and actual case studies of collision repairers who implemented some of the business elements that CIECA espouses.

CIECA develops
collision industry information technology standards and provides
implementation guides for electronic commerce. It’s composed of
members of the automobile collision repair industry: repairers,
insurers, vehicle manufacturers, parts and material suppliers,
information and software providers, general service providers and
related segments and industries. CIECA’s goals are to deliver benefits
to all participants through reduced development and support costs, lower
cost of implementation, reduced barrier to entry and faster development
times.
