Douglas Webb & Associates Inc. (DW&A) has continued its merger of CSi Complete and TenPoint Insurance Solutions by consolidating branding and expanding services to repairers under the banner “TenPoint Complete.” The name change is part of a re-branding initiative to better align the company’s name with its future strategy and near-term product roadmap.
“Our new name reflects our firm commitment to offering innovative and complete solutions to repairers and insurers,” said Michael Sturgis, partner at DW&A responsible for TenPoint Complete’s sales and marketing. “We continue to invest heavily in the future of our company and in the success of our clients.
“Our clients have been extremely helpful in directing the development of our products and services,” he continued. “We will be releasing multiple new technology and BPO services over the second half of 2013.”
