CSi Complete announced that it has entered into a partnership agreement with TenPoint Insurance Solutions of Cincinnati, Ohio, a company that offers IT and business process outsourcing services
to the property and casualty insurance industry, some of which require
call center support.
“This relationship is an excellent complement to our strategy of being a valuable source of call center services to the auto physical damage industry,” said John Webb, CSi Complete president and COO.

Concurrently, CSi Complete is expanding the Plain City, Ohio-based call center with the addition of a multi-purpose room and additional call center space. The multi-purpose room will be used for training, corporate events and larger client meetings. Additional space will increase call center capacity.
