EstimateScrubber.com Provides Free Photo Documentation System to Collision Users

VehicleOwnersGuide.com announced that collision repair users of its Estimate Scrubber portal can now receive its photo documentation software free of charge.

Estimate Scrubber says the Photo Documentation System is the first fully automated collision photo documentation system that harnesses the power of existing computers and cameras. Users print a barcode (no pre-printed labels required), shoot a photo of the barcode and take vehicle damage photos. The program extracts the images from a camera’s memory card to automatically move photos to the correct RO folder, create reduced images for upload to insurance companies and archive images.

“Now our collision repair users can manage the photograph documentation process, review estimates for non-included items, review DEG database inquiries, create consumer friendly estimate summaries and e-market to consumers at no cost to themselves, plus receive free/promotional products from participating industry suppliers. It’s a win-win for repairers and vendors alike; shops receive valuable software that helps them be more profitable, and vendors can reach those shops directly in their workflow, not as an afterthought,” said Steven Siessman, president of VehicleOwnersGuide.com. “This is the same fully functional Photo Documentation Software currently being used by collision repair facilities, not a limited time trial or stripped down software to play around with. For those who do not wish to use EstimateScrubber.com, a software subscription is still available for $840 a year."
