General Motors recently announced it plans to launch its new MyPriceLink program for collision repair parts this fall. MyPriceLink will enable real-time list pricing during the estimating process. AASP-MN will host a Body Shop (BS) Session to help members better understand the program and determine how it will work day to day in their shops.
The BS Session will be held Oct. 7th from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at Grumpy’s Bar & Grill, in Roseville, Minn. The $25 registration fee includes lunch.
The discussion will be led by John Eck, manager for the Wholesale Dealer Channel for General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales. Eck is responsible for managing the collision business including GM Dealer Wholesale Parts strategies and programs. In addition to discussing topics and questions regarding the upcoming launch of MyPriceLink, Eck will touch on some highlights of GM’s 2016 aluminum repair program.
Participants will also receive a report on AASP-MN’s current initiatives and upcoming events.
BS Sessions are open to all owners/managers of collision repair facilities in the area. Membership in AASP-MN is not required to attend.
