Find Quality PDR Techs

TopTech Finder, an open job marketplace bringing together automotive repairers and paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians, provides an online search engine to connect automotive repairers and qualified PDR technicians.

TopTech Finder, an open job marketplace bringing together automotive repairers and paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians, provides an online search engine to connect automotive repairers and qualified PDR technicians. In addition, because of the damaging storms in the Southeast and Midwest, TopTech Finder says it is waiving all fees on jobs posted in the month of March by body shops in affected states. Repairers of all types can post their PDR jobs for free on the site. They can then search for techs and see their online profiles. Tech profiles show qualifications including experience, training, certifications and associations. If satisfied, repairers can invite techs to the job. Conversely, techs can search for and apply for jobs.

What makes TopTech Finder different, according to founder Jeff Herman, is that it provides transparency around reputations in the industry. It gives repairers the power to review the tech after the job with a simple five-star system.

TopTech Finder typically charges 10 percent of the job as a referral fee when a technician provides services for the repairer, which is below typical broker percentages of 20 percent or more, according to Herman. However, in support of body repair shops in storm states, TopTech Finder is waiving all fees for jobs posted by these repairers in the month of March – effectively offering a free service to both repairers and techs during this time period.

Body repair shops, retail PDR businesses, hail teams and other repairers can create their free, no obligation account at www.toptechfinder.com.
