Fix Auto Northshore Earns VQ Medallion Classification

Shop becomes one of only four in Washington state classified as VQ Medallion, the highest level of VeriFacts VQ program certification attainable by a collision repair center.

VeriFacts Automotive announced that Fix Auto Northshore (Kenmore, Wash.) has earned the VeriFacts Automotive Verified Quality (VQ) Medallion classification, the highest level of VeriFacts VQ program certification attainable by a collision repair center.

Fix Auto Northshore is one of only four Washington state shops classified as VQ Medallion. Of the 105 certifications that have been issued nationwide, 25 belong to Fix Auto Collision Centers, with Fix Auto Northshore being the latest recipient.

A body shop is designated VQ Medallion after an ongoing evaluation of standard operating procedures. The process incorporates qualified and unannounced third-party identification and inspection. Only after a facility earns passing scores for three consecutive months in five graded elements – equipment, repair planning, materials, training and quality control – does it earn VQ Medallion status.

“This verification communicates that we’ve kept pace with the demands of a rapidly changing industry,” said Jeff Schoonover, owner-operator of Fix Auto Northshore. “That our entire team stepped up to the challenge to become VQ Medallion speaks volumes about our commitment to continuous improvement and consistent quality repairs on behalf of the customer.”

Added VeriFacts Automotive COO Mark Olson, “Playing a small role in sharpening Fix Auto’s focus on excellence and witnessing their attainment of it has been a special experience for me. Congratulations to the Fix Auto Northshore team for joining a select, prestigious group of collision repair professionals of singular achievement.”

“Consistently performing above industry standards is the best market differentiator, which is why our members chose to participate in a franchise-wide verification program that attests to their standing among the best-of-the-best,” said Fix Auto President and COO Paul Gange. “Our congratulations go out to the entire team at Fix Auto Northshore in acknowledgement of their remarkable achievements.”
