LaMettry’s Collision to Donate Recycled Ride to Vietnam Vet

The recipient of the Recycled Rides car, Willie B. Pargo, is an active volunteer at the Minneapolis VA in need of reliable transportation.

LaMettry’s Collision & Glass, together with local vendors, announced it will donate a fully restored 2012 Chevrolet Malibu to a U.S. Marines Corps Vietnam Veteran who earned the Purple Heart Medal. The recipient of the Recycled Rides car, Willie B. Pargo, is an active volunteer at the Minneapolis VA in need of reliable transportation. In addition, for the past three years he has been a VA Voluntary Service (VAVS) officer for the Military Order of the Purple Heart.

LaMettry’s will hand over the keys at a ceremony on Dec. 1st at LaMettry’s Collision in Inver Grove Heights, Minn.

The vehicle was donated by American Family, and repaired by LaMettry’s Collision with help from many local vendor partners. This is the sixth vehicle LaMettry’s has repaired and donated through the NABC’s Recycled Rides program.
