Polyvance’s new 6040 whip hose is designed to make repair work easier by enabling technicians to swap out their air tools without unplugging anything.
With the whip hose, techs can go directly from welding to sanding without unplugging the welder, according to Polyvance. The hose attaches to the air manifold on the welder.
Techs can use the air nozzle to blow off dust, or press a button on the hose to force-cool welds.
