PPG Automotive Refinish has enhanced its OMNI LV product line with the introduction of MC2910 EuroPlus
Multi-Panel Clearcoat. MC2910 is a 2.1 VOC clearcoat ideally suited for multiple panels and large repairs, and has been engineered to “economically provide an exceptional gloss finish,” PPG states.
“MC2910 is a perfect complement to the OMNI LV line,” said Jennifer Boros, PPG segment manager, solvent-borne brands. “OMNI LV products are designed to yield outstanding results while keeping an eye on costs, and MC2910 fits right in – it’s an easy-to-use compliant clear that’s a smart choice for shops that want to turn out quality finishes efficiently. And as a 2.1 VOC clearcoat, MC2910 meets current requirements in key regulated North American markets.”
The new clearcoat features a simple 2-to-1 mix ratio and is easy to apply. It also can be used with either of two OMNI LV hardeners: MH2918 or MH2919 High Temp, allowing it to adjust to job size and working conditions.
