Quest Automotive Products (QAP), a division of Quest Specialty Chemicals, one of the United States’ largest coatings manufacturers, will be participating in Automechanika Frankfurt by exhibiting the Matrix Automotive Finishes, Pro-Spray Automotive Finishes and U.S. Chemical & Plastics brands.
Automechanika, one of the largest automotive trade shows in the world, will take place Sept. 16-20, 2014, in Frankfurt, Germany, and offers visitors a wide array of products including automotive parts and components, electronics and systems, repair and maintenance, accessories and tuning aids, and IT management products.
This year, QAP will feature products from its three global collision repair brands within the automotive refinish industry. Providing various options, Pro-Spray will feature its H2O Waterborne basecoat, Matrix System will introduce its Premium Low VOC Solvent basecoat, MPB-LV, and U.S. Chemical & Plastics will continue to promote its new coatings and body repair products.
QAP is supporting its global customer base with its "one-stop shop" approach, which the company says benefits customers by providing simplified administration and distribution optimization. QAP will also highlight how the business has taken automotive refinish to the next level with major research development and technological developments.
“As a global manufacturer, Automechanika is the ideal show for us to re-introduce ourselves to the international market as Quest Automotive Products,” said Laura Yerkey, QAP marketing director. “The goal of this year’s display is to show the international community that QAP has the most diverse portfolio of products for the collision repair market. We deliver complete automotive refinish solutions, from surface and ancillary preparation products to primers, waterborne basecoats and solventborne basecoats. Our global R&D team continues to develop cutting-edge technology, spending real time in body shops to gain a better understanding of the unique needs of our diverse customer base.”
