Refinish Distributors Alliance Holds 2016 Collision Solutions Training Seminar

RDA members, their key people and supporting manufacturers attended a day and a half of presentations at the Dallas seminar March 11-12.

Refinish Distributors Alliance (RDA), a national group of paint, body and equipment distributors, held their fifth Collision Solutions Seminar March 11-12 in Dallas. RDA members, their key people and supporting manufacturers attended a day and a half of presentations.

Kevin Wolfe, industry consultant with Leaders Way, presented “Talent Assessment: Understanding Why Smart People Underperform, and Creating Profitable and Happy Work Environments.” Steven Trapp, North American strategic accounts manager for Axalta, presented on enhancing one’s role as a distributor in delivering value-added services. The event closed with body language and unconscious persuasion expert Traci Brow who assists groups to learn tools to read others and hear “yes” more easily and more often.
