Relocated Wisconsin KIA Dealership Will Feature State-of-the-Art Body Shop

Russ Darrow KIA of Appleton, Wisc., announced that it has moved to a new location and renovated its facility, which includes an in-house collision repair shop.

The body shop will feature a heated downdraft paint booth, prep
stations and Dupont waterborne paint. It will be capable of repairing up to 10 vehicles at once, and “Signature
Service” will feature free loaner cars, insurance claims service and a
lifetime workmanship warranty

The renovation and relocation took place to meet demand for more inventory and more service capacity in the Fox Valley, according to Mike Darrow, president of Russ Darrow Group. The new facility covers more than 23,000 square feet situated on nearly four acres and will feature 16 service and two quick-lube bays, an expansive showroom and double the parking space of the previous location.

“We believe in the economy of the State of Wisconsin and the economy of the Fox Valley,” said Darrow. “That is why our company continues to reinvest in the communities where our dealerships are located. We expect to hire 10 new people right away and an additional 20 to 25 employees by the end of this year at this new Russ Darrow KIA location.”

Darrow added that enhanced customer service and convenience were also key factors in determining the location of the expanded KIA store. The previous KIA of Appleton location will be transformed into Russ Darrow Super Store for pre-owned vehicles.
