The DF-400BR Hot Stapler Basic Kit is the latest offering from Dent Fix Equipment in response to the rapidly increasing demand for plastic repair services and tools. The Hot Stapler creates a strong, structural repair while still maintaining flexibility to allow for proper fitting of components and bumpers. The Hot Stapler uses heat to embed a staple into the plastic to “stitch” tears back together.
The unit has three temperature settings to select depending on the thickness of the repair area. Broken fittings on headlight assemblies, torn tabs, or any other plastic polypropylene or thermoplastic components are no longer a problem with original strength restored.
Fifty each of the Dent Fix Breakaway stainless steel staples and the V, M, S and Z-Clip styles are included with the kit. Everything is housed in a clear plastic case and comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
