TenPoint Complete Appoints New Director of Sales and Service

Kelly Parker Cooper has joined the team at TenPoint Complete as director of sales and service. In this role, she will be responsible for the overall growth and management of insurance and repair facility relationships including sales, account service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Prior to this role, Cooper was a member of the TenPoint Insurance Solutions team with prior experience as an account executive with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where she represented the claim and legal solutions of the CSC Financial Service Group. At TenPoint, she was continuously recognized for exceeding her sales goals and uncovering new revenue opportunities with both existing and new clients.

“As we’ve experienced remarkable growth opportunities, we knew we needed to bring on additional resources,” said Michael Sturgis, partner at TenPoint Complete. “With the addition of an industry veteran like Kelly, TenPoint is poised to continue our expansion while maintaining our personal touch with our customers.
