Subaru to Launch Certified Collision Repair Program

Wadsworth International announced its recent partnership with Subaru of America to launch the automaker’s official certified collision program.

Subaru will launch a certified collision program, with the help of the Wadsworth International consulting firm.

Wadsworth International describes itself as “an automotive aftersales custom solution supporting vehicle manufacturers (OEMs) through a transparent extension of the individual OEM brand by the use of dedicated program management resources.”

“Wadsworth is impressed with the company’s unique approach in the designing of their collision network solution,” the firm said of Subaru. “The automaker’s continued focus on the owner and brand experience was instrumental in ensuring the collision program had neutral partnerships, allowing the branding to remain indicative of the Subaru experience.”

Wadsworth partnered with the Solera group for the use of AutoWatch, for repair-process monitoring and customer communication in the Subaru Certified Collision Program. The customization of the program allows Wadsworth to give users a specific brand experience, aligning it with Subaru of America’s aftersales initiatives, Wadsworth said.

“Wadsworth is honored to have been selected by Subaru to develop and launch their Certified Collision Program,” said Rick Miller, president of Wadsworth International. “Our team appreciates Subaru’s approach to a results-driven, customer focused program, which earns a facility the true certified by the manufacturer badge of honor on their wall.”
