WMABA to Hold Meeting on Creating SOPs

“Creating SOPs for Collision Repair – with Takeaways” will take place on July 27th from 4-6 p.m. at the National Coatings & Supplies Training Center in Manassas Park, Va.

The Washington Metropolitan Auto Body Association (WMABA) announced it will hold a meeting titled “Creating SOPs for Collision Repair – with Takeaways” on July 27th from 4-6 p.m. The meeting will be held at the National Coatings & Supplies Training Center in Manassas Park, Va.

A description of the meeting from WMABA reads: “It’s not all about vehicle technology and equipment. You need to also have laser focus on the process of running your business so it doesn’t run you! Who is responsible for what, what they need to know to do it, and how you hold them accountable are all areas that are key to the success of your operation both from a KPI perspective and from an employee morale perspective. If someone has all the rules and tools, then they can become self-reliant and successful in performing their job.”
