2012 WMABA Golf Outing Kicks Off With DuPont as Major Sponsor

The Washington Metropolitan Auto Body Association (WMABA) has announced that the 2012 Major Sponsor of its 2012 annual golf outing is DuPont Performance Coatings. The golf outing raises funds for the Jerry Dalton Memorial Education Fund as well as the nationally recognized March Taylor Education Fund.

"We’re happy to announce that we have secured our headline sponsorship ahead of schedule for the fifth year in a row," said WMABA Executive Director Jordan Hendler. "With DuPont as our major sponsor this year, we start this event with a bang. WMABA has always enjoyed support of our golf outing by all of the repairers and vendors we work with, and it’s always beyond our expectations."

Added DuPont Performance Coatings Marketing Services Manager Patricia Morschel, "DuPont is proud of our relationship with WMABA and is pleased to provide our support of the 5th annual golf event to raise funds and awareness for the Jerry Dalton and March Taylor Education Funds. The positive impact created by educating students seeking careers in the collision repair industry nurtures talented and creative employees needed for the future."

The WMABA Golf Outing will be held at Lake Presidential Golf Club in Upper Marlboro, Md., on Wednesday, June 27 at 1:30 p.m. There will be many prizes, a Beat-the-Pro contest and a reception dinner.
