3M has awarded the final VIP Grand Prize in its "Your Ticket to the Track" sweepstakes to paint technician Neil Smith of Masters Auto Body in Charlottesville, Va. Smith and his select guests will attend an expense-paid trip to the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion’s Week in Las Vegas.
