AAA Unveils New Designation for Top Performing Shops

AAA Northern California has unveiled a new Premier Facility program for the top performing collision repair facilities in its Direct Repair Network.

“The Premier Facility designation will now be awarded to those body shops that consistently go above and beyond when it comes to repairs and customer service,” said AAA Northern California spokesperson Matt Skryja.

Direct Repair Network shops are evaluated on the quality of their repairs, how fast they finish a repair and their overall customer service, AAA says. No more than the top 15 percent of shops will achieve the designation of Premier Facility. AAA says it will regularly re-evaluate each of the Premier Facilities to ensure they meet the requirements of the Premier Facility designation.

“This program is important as it recognizes those Direct Repair Network shops that have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to repair quality and customer service,” said James Egli, AAA Northern California claims consultant. “All of our facilities must consistently meet a high standard of performance to qualify as a Direct Repair Network shop. The ‘Premier Facility’ designation identifies the top tier performing shops in our Direct Repair Network.”
