After experiencing efficiency gains through AudaExplore’s solutions, ABRA has decided to extend its strategic relationship for two more years. In addition to an extended agreement, ABRA has also added Consolidator Dispatch to its portfolio of AudaExplore services, allowing more self-management for its operations and franchise owners. With Consolidator Dispatch, ABRA will be able to re-route insurance work assignments to the most appropriate ABRA location, taking into account the workload and proximity of each shop.
