AccuracyDriven4, Inc. Launches New Business Venture for the Collision Repair Industry

Company will provide independent, four-dimensional auditing services for collision repairers, insurance companies with DRPs, paint companies and OEMs.

AccuracyDriven4 has announced the formation of a new company that will provide independent, four-dimensional auditing services for collision repairers, insurance companies with DRPs, paint companies and OEMs. The company says it will provide brand protection and defensibility for repair accuracy and resulting outcomes.

AccuracyDriven4 is independently owned and operated by Douglas Irish, Audie Swedeen and Laura Delmege, who have over 100 years of combined professional experience in the collision repair industry. Each partner has achieved professional recognition within various areas of the industry and offers expertise in collision insurance and claim handling, technical repair methodology and applied skills, and multi-sector strategic business consulting.

Irish graduated from Saint Leo University with a B.A. in business management and has nearly four decades of collision industry experience, including expertise in appraisal and claim technical development. He began his career as a repair technician, eventually owning a repair business. He was the president of VeriFacts Automotive responsible for operations and strategic planning. He also spent 20 years with MetLife Auto & Home, responsible for estimatics, training, vendor solutions and their “Guaranteed Repair Program.” Having established professionally recognized expertise in operational leadership, he now oversees the strategic operations of AccuracyDriven4 as a managing partner.

“We are excited to announce the formation and launch of our new company, AccuracyDriven4," said Irish. "We have spent the last few months developing and building our infrastructure and business model and look forward to attending NACE and CIC this month to meet with the folks pushing for more accountability and validation of repair accuracy."

Added Delmege, “We recognized the opportunity and gaps in the certification of repairers from an objective, recurring, on-site auditing of people, processes, equipment and outcomes. I am very pleased with the interest we have seen from some major names in the industry. Our focus is to provide all segments of the industry a comprehensive, documented and objective audit to ensure the consumer receives an accurate and safe repair based on manufacturers’ repair procedures and industry best practices.”

Delmege originally began her business career as the director of sales and marketing for Calcitek Inc., a leading international manufacturer of dental implants. Transitioning to the collision industry in the 1990s, she became the CEO of Chelsea Group Inc. and is formerly the vice president of sales and marketing of VeriFacts Automotive. She is an acknowledged industry strategist, consulting to nearly every sector of the collision industry. Having extensively studied the inter-relational nature of the industry’s complex and often conflicting business strategies of leading repairers, insurers and vendors, she’s an expert in analyzing and forecasting industry trends.  As a partner in AccuracyDriven4, she now oversees the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Audie Swedeen said, “I’ve spent quite a few years operating in many segments of the industry, including insurance, training and technical reviews. It was time to leverage my years of experience in a way that provides value to the industry and in a way I have not been able to in the past. I am very excited to continue working with Doug and Laura in our own venture, and we expect to provide critical value to our customers.”

Previously director of field operations and training for VeriFacts Automotive, Swedeen holds a collision repair degree from Dakota County Technical College in Rosemont, Minn. He acquired his industry-recognized expertise from his career as a repair technician and technical instructor in repair facility management, insurance claims handling, claims adjusting and appraising. Utilizing his proficiencies in technical repair standards and procedures, Swedeen is uniquely qualified to assess and analyze a repair facility’s capability to consistently produce accurate repairs and now oversees all aspects of the technical repair accuracy auditing applications as a managing partner in AccuracyDriven4.
