Airbag Solutions announced that CEO Ruth Weniger has been named one of four Most Influential Women (MIW) in Collision Repair for 2015. The award is sponsored by Women’s Industry Network and recognizes women who have enriched the collision repair industry with their leadership, vision and commitment to excellence.
Ruth’s commitment to Airbag Solutions, along with her years of involvement with the Collision Repair Education Foundation and Women’s Industry Network (WIN), has given her the opportunity to work closely with people from all aspects of the collision industry.
“Anyone who has had the pleasure of working with Ruth knows the value and benefits she brings to the table,” said Doug Gan, founder and COO of AirbagSolutions. “Her work ethic, knowledge base and ability to accomplish tasks, amazes everyone around her. We are proud she is being recognized for her abilities and contributions to the collision industry as a whole.”
Added Weniger, “I am so honored to be recognized for this year’s award. I am humbled to now stand beside so many accomplished past MIWs to invite women to achieve ever greater things in this fast-changing industry.”
Cheryl Boswell, DCR Systems LLC, Lauren Fix, Automotive Aspects Inc., and Lisa Siembab, CARSTAR Berlin, are also honored recipients this year. The four MIWs will be recognized at a gala dinner celebration held in conjunction with the WIN Educational Conference being held in early May in Baltimore.
Ruth is an executive/business development coach and public speaker for executive leadership development and strategic excellence. Outside the automotive field, she dedicates her professional abilities in helping nonprofit organizations. Her work includes consulting and board membership for domestic abuse and music education foundations.
