Allstate Insurance Company announced that Randy Hanson has been named claim service manager of the insurer’s Priority Repair Option (PRO) program. Hanson will be responsible for managing the PRO program, which includes approximately 4,500 vehicle repair facilities nationwide. Hanson replaces Sam Whiteman, who will serve as claims field director of Allstate’s Midwest Region.
Allstate launched the PRO program 20 years ago, making the company the first in the industry to offer a network of pre-qualified auto body repair facilities to its customers and claimants.
Hanson has more than 30 years of experience at Allstate and has held positions in the Priority Repair Option program, Sterling Autobody Centers and Allstate’s Next Generation Claim Systems (Next Gen). In addition, Hanson sits on the board of directors of the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA).
Hanson joined Allstate in 1978 and holds a MBA from Walden University.
