The Automotive Service Association (ASA) says it is already making plans for next year’s NACE and CARS shows to be held in Detroit July 30 through Aug. 1 alongside other industry events.
“NACE and CARS are the only events solely dedicated to those who service and repair cars,” said Dan Risley, ASA executive director. “The 2014 event will feature a week of comprehensive education and training taught by the brightest minds in the industry, a world-class trade show floor filled with the latest products and services from vendors committed to supporting the industry, and networking opportunities that have differentiated NACE and CARS since their inception.”
Other events taking place in Detroit from July 29 through Aug. 2 include the I-CAR Conference, CIC and the Collision Repair Education Foundation’s annual golf outing.
ASA is working closely with Stone Fort Group co-founders Sean Guerre and Brian Nessen, who will be managing next year’s event.
“We are very excited to be working with ASA on the NACE and CARS event in 2014,” said Nessen. “The theme of next year’s meeting is ‘Renaissance,’ which reflects the growth, change and improvement of NACE and CARS, the industry, technology and the overall business climate. With the support of the major automakers and the revitalization of downtown Detroit along with the significant education and training there’s never been a better time to be involved with this event.”
